Hi!

We are Claire and Cliff Elkins. Thank you for visiting our website. Claire has been in the real estate business for more than 20 years and Cliff has recently joined her to form the C & C Team - Care & Commitment with undivided loyalty to clients.

So every day is like a new adventure - exciting and fun! And the West Side of the Valley of the Sun is where all the excitement is happening!

Cliff and Claire have lived in Arizona since 1995 … and contrary to many, we live here 12 months of the year. We know the various communities and cities (Sun City Grand, Triology, Vistancia, Corte Bella, Sun City West, Surprise, Peoria, and Glendale to name a few), and surrounding areas of the West Side (Lake Pleasant, White Tank Mountains, Hassayampa Plains, and Estrella Mountains). This allows us to find the perfect home in the location that best matches your needs and requirements.

Arizona is a great state for sports and outdoor recreation. We happen to be a sports enthusiast. Race walking is our passion. Claire's most recent accomplishment is winning the gold medal in her age group in Spain 2005. She was also awarded Racewalker of the Year (2004 and 2005), for her age group, by the United States Track and Field Association. Cliff was the National Champion in 2004 for the 15K Racewalk and in 2009, won the 20K National Racewalk Championship.

The Northwest Valley is the Cactus League Spring Training home to the following MLB teams: Texas Rangers and Kansas City Royals are in Surprise, while the San Diego Padres and Seattle Marioners are in Peoria. We are charter members of the Sundance Volunteers association at the Surprise Stadium.

The Valley of the Sun is home to the following professional sports teams: the Phoenix Coyotes (NHL), the Cardinals (NFL), the Diamondbacks (MLB), the Phoenix Suns (NBA), and the Phoenix Mercury (WNBA).

The Coyotes arena and Cardinals stadium are located in the West Valley city of Glendale at Loop 101 West and Glendale Avenue.

If you don't find professional sports interesting, but love high school and college athletics...or you want to be out there hiking, golfing, swimming, skiing -- this is the place to be!

The West Valley is also full of opportunities for cultural arts. Arizona Broadway Theatre is a state-of-the-art performing arts venue ,providing year-round professional Broadway musicals and gourmet table-service dining in one exquisite package. Exceptional theatre. Elegant dining. There are also several community theatres, Peoria's Theater Works and Copper State Dinner Theater just to name drop two; plus those associated with the community colleges.

Whether you want to watch or participate, there is something for everyone at any age to enjoy!
